Davis Tool's finishing department is the complete solution when you need plating or chemical finishing for small to medium-sized parts. We work for a quick turnaround (usually 1-3 days) on your most demanding projects, including a wide range of high to zero tolerance parts. Surface Finishing
We offer a wide variety of surface finishes to meet your needs, and we can meet many specifications. Our services include:
- passivation
- zinc phosphate
- chromate conversion coatings (A.K.A. Chem film, Irridite, Alodine)
- sulfuric acid and hard coat anodizing (colors)
Plating
Another excellent option for products made of steel, aluminum, and some other substrates is plating. Davis Tool offers several types of plating to suit your product's needs:
