DTI offers a complete range of CNC Machine Programming and CAD services. We use Mastercam Solidworks, and ProEngineer to interface with a wide variety of design formats. Our experience with 2-5 axis programming and machining improves time and quality on a wide variety of machined parts. We regularly work with many materials, including aluminum, steel, titanium, graphite, Kovar and Inconel.

Mill
Our highly flexible CNC mills produce accurate, high-quality results. We have 5-axis capability up to 60" cube and 3-axis capability up to 80" of machine travel. We have a wide variety of equipment to use for milling applications.
Lathe
Our lathes produce professional quality on parts sized .01" to 28" in diameter, with accuracy to .0002". We also use special
Mill/Turn lathes to consolidate manufacturing steps, producing your products quicker.
High-speed Cell
High-speed cells, which can run unattended on a 30 MPH shuttle system, make manufacturing your product
even quicker. Each machine work center can use as many as 313 tools to work on parts up to 22" x 22" x 22". |
