We have plenty of experience, including work with aerospace, medical, and high tech operations, and work from a wide variety of electronic product definitions. Most of our products are punched or laser cut, then finished through a series of support operations.

laser cutting
DTI uses two high-speed laser cutting machines. These machines cut almost any material between 0.005" and 0.500" thick, and routinely hold location tolerances of 0.002".
turret punch
DTI also employs two high-speed CNC turret punches, one with a hydraulic ram capable of complex forming operations.
press brake
DTI uses 3 electric press brakes to maximize efficiency and accuracy. This technology also provides better process control, allowing us to make up to 1000 bends with 1 program.

In DTI sheet metal, laser and TIG welding are routine. Our 4 axis laser welder finds many applications where fine detail, hermetic seal, or controlled processing are important.
