DTI Quality System

	At DTI we know that success is a direct result of quality products provided on time to our customers and at a fair price. ISO registration in early 2003 was the next step for our quality system. The quality department at DTI works to assure that all of our products meet the quality standards required by our customers. Like most other departments at DTI, the quality department also provides contract (inspection) services. DTI Inspection uses technology to solve process control problems. AS / ISO registration

	DTI is AS9100 Section 1 Rev A and ISO 9001/2000 Registered by an accredited RAB registrar. The AS9100 standard contains 83 more requirements than the ISO 9001-2000 standard. inspection

	Using CMMs accurate to 0.0003" X,Y,Z (1.5 arc-seconds, 0.0004" volumetric, 0.0001 repeatability) on parts up to 40" x 60" x 80" we can insure that your product is exactly as it should be. Our machines also run CMM programs that are converted directly from your CAD model, further reducing any chance for error.
